El cine (español) que se verá en Locarno 2015
Teniendo el riesgo y el arrojo como sus principales puntas de lanza, el Festival de Locarno cada vez incurre más en el esotérico territorio del cine experimental, aunque sin llegar nunca a excederse en su radicalidad. Más que ningún otro certamen, Locarno es el hogar (dulce hogar) de todos aquellos proyectos que resultan excesivamente arriesgados para pisar una Croisette, cuya relación con el cine avant-garde resulta cada vez más distante. Nunca mejor dicho, el Sundance europeo ya está aquí. Locarno abre sus puertas.
Y en el encontramos los nombres españoles de un viejo conocido de filmin como Sergio Oksman (quien competirá por el Pardo de Oro con su nuevo film, "O Futebol"), Oliver Laxe (el director de "Todos vosotros sois capitanes" protagoniza la nueva peli del cineasta británico experimental Ben Rivers, quien también competirá en Sección Oficial), Mauro Herce (director de fotografía de "Slimane", "El Quinto evangelio de Gaspar Hauser" o "Arraianos", cuyo debut compite en Cineasti del Presente) y atención, José Luis Guerín, cuyo nuevo film, "La academia de las musas" se proyecta en el marco de Signs of Life. Y sin olvidar a Xacio Baño o Lois Patiño, quienes presentan sendos cortometrajes).
En lo referente al resto del programa, destacar el concurso en Sección Oficial de "Chevalier" de Athina Rachel Tsangari, "Entertainment" de Rick Alverson y "James White" de Josh Mond (ambas estrellas de Sundance), "Cosmos" de Andrzej Zulawski, "No Home Movie" de Chantal Akerman, "Right Now, Wrong Then" de Hong Sang-soo, "Schneider vs. Bax" de Alex van Warmerdan, "Te prometo Anarquía" de Julio Hernández Cordón (director de "Las marimbas del infierno") o "Ricki & the Flash" de Jonathan Demme, que será la responsable de inaugurar el festival.
Finalmente, destacar la proyección del gran hit de Sundance, "Me and Earl and the Dying Girl" en la Piazza Grande. A continuación, la programación completa.
